Cookie Policy
Last updated: May 30, 2026
This policy explains how Venora uses cookies and similar technologies on the website and platform, and how you can manage them.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences over time, support authentication, and help measure usage.
2. Categories We Use
- Strictly necessary: required for authentication, session security, and tenant routing. Set by Venora and our authentication provider (Supabase). These cannot be disabled.
- Functional: remember preferences such as theme (light/dark) and selected venue.
- Payment: set by Razorpay or Stripe during checkout to secure the payment flow.
We do not currently use third-party advertising or marketing cookies. If analytics tooling is added in the future, this policy will be updated and, where required, consent will be requested.
3. Managing Cookies
You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings or your device. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in or using core platform features.
4. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are set by trusted third parties — including our authentication provider (Supabase) and payment providers (Razorpay, Stripe). These parties operate under their own privacy policies; we limit the data shared to what is required for their function.
5. Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
